Difference between Pulsatilla 30C and Sepia 200C for PCOS irregular cycles?
As a 3rd-year BHMS student, how do we clinically differentiate Pulsatilla and Sepia when both patients present with delayed, scanty menses and hormonal acne?

Differentiate by Thermal Modality & Emotional Disposition: • Pulsatilla: Warm-blooded (Hot) patient, intolerably worse in a warm room, better in cool open air, thirstless with all complaints, mild/yielding disposition who feels better from sympathy. • Sepia: Distinctly Chilly patient, worse from cold air, irritable or indifferent toward loved ones when exhausted, aggravated by consolation, and markedly better after vigorous dancing or exercise.
