Can coffee or strong masala chai antidote Nux Vomica 200C or Lycopodium 30C?
I was prescribed Nux Vomica 200C at bedtime for chronic acidity, desk stress, and morning sluggishness. Do I need to completely stop morning filter coffee and ginger-cardamom chai, or is keeping a 30-minute clean-tongue gap sufficient?

In classical homeopathy, sublingual absorption requires a clean tongue for 15–30 minutes before and after dissolving your sweet globules. 1. For Lycopodium 30C: Moderate morning tea taken 45 minutes after your morning dose will not antidote the remedy. 2. For Nux Vomica 200C & Coffea Cruda: Because Nux Vomica acts directly on nervous hyper-excitability and gastric mucosa irritated by stimulants, reducing strong black coffee speeds up recovery by 2x.
Also remember to avoid strong menthol/mint toothpaste right before taking your morning dose! Rinsing your mouth with plain water 15 minutes prior works great.
